Builds the web renditions from the master in original_image:
media (long side 1400) and
thumbnail_image (long side 400), aspect ratio preserved.
Only ever fills what is missing — an existing JPEG is never replaced — so this is safe to
re-run. Assets with no master fall back to media as the source for the thumbnail.
